Terms of Service

Lyne is a social media scheduling and publishing service provided by Complete Magazine, São Paulo, Brasil (“Lyne”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Lyne you agree to these terms. If you use Lyne on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Lyne lets you compose posts, generate caption suggestions, schedule content and publish it to social networks you connect through each platform’s official authorization flow.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Lyne.

Lyne offers a free plan and paid plans (currently Pro and Team), billed monthly in advance. Plan limits, such as the number of connected accounts, posts and caption generations, are described on our pricing page and may be enforced automatically.

You may cancel at any time; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not refunded pro rata unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before the change applies to you.

You agree not to use Lyne to:

• Send spam, engage in bulk unsolicited messaging, or artificially inflate engagement.
• Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or harassing.
• Violate the terms, policies or rate limits of the platforms you connect, including the Meta Platform Terms, and the equivalent policies of LinkedIn and X. You remain responsible for the content you publish through Lyne.
• Probe, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or access it by automated means other than our documented interfaces.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that put the service or other users at risk.

You keep all rights to the content you create and publish through Lyne. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit that content solely to operate the service, for example, to upload your image to a network at the scheduled time. Caption suggestions produced by Lyne from your topics are yours to use.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, approve and publish through Lyne, including any content based on caption suggestions. Caption suggestions are generated automatically and provided “as is”; you must review them before publishing and you are responsible for their accuracy, legality and fitness for your purpose. Complete Magazine is not responsible for content you choose to publish or for any consequence of that publication.

Publishing depends on third-party platforms we do not control. Networks may change or revoke API access, reject content, or rate-limit publishing. Lyne is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms, including the removal of content or suspension of your social accounts.

Lyne is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Complete Magazine will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including applicable Brazilian consumer protection rules.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Complete Magazine and its team from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you publish through Lyne, your use of the service, or your breach of these terms or of the policies of any connected platform. This reflects that you, not Complete Magazine, are responsible for what you publish and how you use the tool.

You may stop using Lyne and delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Upon deletion, your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, with the courts of São Paulo, SP as the venue for any dispute, except where mandatory consumer rules state otherwise. Questions about these terms: cnucci@completemagazine.com.br.
